Type in your order number to receive a link to your return form. The link will be sent to your email. With the link you can always access the return form to change and/or monitor your return request.
Returning products bought on the MASCOT® WebShop is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps, and you'll quickly get back to your work. You must return the products within 14 days unless your distributor has specified otherwise.
1) Complete the return form. 2) Send the products to your dealer - remember to include your order number. 3) Your dealer will check your return. 4) If the return is approved, you will get a refund, otherwise your dealer will contact you.
